1. DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content broadcast on 98.7 KDJO or published on kdjo.org infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)).
To be effective, your formal written notice must include all of the following statutory elements:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Music Policy & Licensing
98.7 KDJO is an independent internet radio station. Our music rotation is made up of independent artists, and recordings are played only with the permission of the artist or rights holder, or under an applicable license. We do not stream music from artists or labels that have not authorized it.

The station is supported in part by advertising shown on this website (Google AdSense). The audio stream itself contains no ad breaks.
Audio featured during sports commentary and analytical talk segments (including Left On Base) may incorporate short sound bites or clips used for criticism, analysis, news reporting, and educational commentary, as permitted by the Fair Use Doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107).
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), 98.7 KDJO maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access and participation of any guest DJ, producer, contributor, or content uploader who is determined to be a repeat infringer of copyright.
